• The Casino Bonus Program is for recreational players only; each promotion can be claimed once per transaction.

  • Casino Bonuses are 'Winnings Only' bonuses, meaning that once the rollover has been met for a given bonus, only winnings in excess of the original bonus received will be credited as real money to the account (maximum payout may vary depending on the promotions credited - see Terms and Conditions for the specific promotion).
  • We offer one bonus per transaction (maximum 5 per day); claiming multiple promotions for the same transaction will be considered fraud and will result in expulsion from the Casino Bonus Program.
  • The Casino Cashback Bonus will be awarded on Mondays only. Only players with weekly net losses of USD$200 (or local currency equivalent) or more will qualify. The Cash Back Bonus has a rollover of 30X. The week considered for this bonus is Monday through Sunday. This bonus will be awarded at the client's request.
  • In order to claim any type of Promotion or Bonus, the code or name of the Promotion or Bonus must be provided.
  • Opening multiple accounts will be considered as promotion abuse and all winnings will be automatically voided and all accounts will be closed.
  • The Casino department reserves the right to audit all withdrawal requests before processing them.
  • The Casino department will not be required to provide a reason for refusing any withdrawal request or be affected by your decision; however, as part of our commitment, information will be provided upon request.
  • The Casino department reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of its promotions at any time. It is the player's responsibility to consult the website and/or help files at least once every three months. The player accepts and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, as amended from time to time, and the rules of the casino games.
  • To qualify for the Casino Bonus Program, customers must be Active Players; which means that they must play at least 50% of their deposits made in a calendar month in the Cash Casino. This rule does not apply to initial deposits.
