Formula 1's summer break comes to an end on August 25 with the return of competition at the Dutch Grand Prix.
All eyes will be on Max Verstappen, who will not only be competing in his homeland, but will also bring with him the pressure of returning to the podium after 4 races without achieving it.
Circuit: Zandvoort
Distance: 306 km
Laps: 72
Max Verstappen has dominated the race in recent editions, taking victory in the last three renewals since 2021. However, the Dutchman will face increasing pressure this weekend to respond to his recent win drought.
The pressure is also mounting on the Red Bull team, as McLaren has closed the gap to the team in the constructors' standings. However, a second rival looms as the fittest for a victory: Mercedes, who has won three of the last four races. Its driver, Lewis Hamilton, took his second win in three races at the Belgian Grand Prix after George Russell's disqualification.
Particularities
This Grand Prix will incorporate an innovative measure: an air conditioning system in the drivers' seats. This improvement seeks to reduce problems such as those that have occurred in previous races, such as Qatar, where Logan Sargeant had to retire due to heat exhaustion. There were also difficulties for Frenchman Esteban Ocon, who suffered problems with his helmet and reportedly vomited in his helmet. Meanwhile, Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll briefly lost consciousness.

Forecasts
The favorite is Max Verstappen but very equal in quota with the British Lando Norris. Further back are Oscar Piastri, Lewis Hamilton and George Russell, who achieved a great time in the Belgian GP in first place, but was disqualified because his car was found to be underweight.
The opportunity to bet on Verstappen at current odds in a race he has historically dominated is very tempting, despite his recent erratic performance. Therefore, it is not unreasonable to bet on the Dutchman returning to victory lane.
